I trust this firm
I'm new at writing reviews, but not naive enough to believe everything I read. My experience at Dial and associates is that Everyone who currently works there has been very courteous and caring. since previous review left a great deal of doubt, I checked and found out that they are registered with EAMS and they can't appear in court to represent a client unless they are. Stephen Dial has appeared at the workers compensation court in orange county on my behalf. Not hearing what you want is no reason to bash someone.people don't call attorneys when things are going great in their lives. I don't normally leave reviews but i'm disabled now because of something that happened at work and I have alot of extra time on my hands. I trust this firm has more than enough expertise to handle my case.and I would refer them to a friend relative coworker or even a stranger. I also like that they aren't too big to see and hear me personally.

Excellent communicators
Very aggressive. Very fast service. excellent communicators and by far the best representation i have ever had! If i ever need legal service in the future these are the guys for my family.

Found Stephen Dial on the internet, not many reviews but first call gave me alot of assurance they cared. helping me with communicating with medical and insurance professionals along with documented follow up has given me the most relief. Friendly staff and Mr Dial available for tough questions. My recovery and treatment is always at the forefront of every call. Its so obvious they care, and you can't fake that. I would refer them to anyone with a work comp our personal injury, without hesitation.

Very patient with me during the duration of my case, Steven explained everything very thoroughly IN PERSON. The firm that I initially solicited for legal assistance was only willing to talk via phone or through their website. Legal matters are personal, Dial and associates took a personal approach to my case, Thank you.

This team is diligent, deliberate, and get the job done
This team is diligent, deliberate, and get the job done. They represented me in a WC case filed against a large corporate insurance company. They were by my side every step of the way until we received a settlement which made me whole once again.
