Born in Mexico City, raised in California. Puesto Anaheim channels the intensity of CDMX street food through a bold, Southern California lens. Seasonal menus, creative takes, and the best ingredients in the hands of better chefs. Every tortilla starts with organic blue corn, made in-house like it’s been since 1200 BC. Our menus shift with the seasons, but the mission never changes: take the flavors we crave - al pastor dripping with pineapple, crispy melted queso, bright citrus, smoky heat - and turn them up to 11.
